Fitness Journal = Reaching Goals

How serious are you about your goals??? Are you making necessary plans weekly about how many calories you will like to intake? Are you noting those good meals that you will be making during the week? Do you have a plan for the workouts you will be involved in the week? Keep a daily journal with you. Manage your time, meals, and exercises. Go over with an instructor to see if you are making progress. Weigh in at the end of each week and note it. Compare each week to the next. Make the improvements by tracking and noting your weekly plans. Get serious about your health and weight. During the end of each month you should see massive improvements and you will know exactly what benefits you and what don't. Note it. Write it out. Track everything.
