Stay in control of your body weight even with stress/ My road to fitness

It is very complicated to transform your body into a certain size without having a plan. After years of eating and eating, it seems as if I was not making any improvements. I ate large amounts of restaurant food, homemade food and snacks but still my body did not respond well or the little fat I did gain did not stay long. Until I started to create a plan easing my body into an eating schedule and into a workout schedule for toning. I ate healthier (nuts, berries, yogurt, lean meat, beans, oatmeal) and more energy food. I stuck with powder protein drinks that didn't cost a fortune and leveled it out everyday. There was no forcing but just a new transition training my mind and body to be healthy. After 2 weeks I saw improvements. I've increased and toned my muscles in my body. I was looking more fit, fuller, more fine in the right places, more energy, and my mind was thinking swiftly with no clutter. I was on my road to fit success.

110 pounds turned into 124. If you had problems loosing or gaining weight you understand the big jump. I felt finer and more confident and definitely had to share it with the ones around me. After a while I was able to handle work stress and single parenting stress differently by keeping up with the plan. Stress was not taking over my body weight anymore.

Developing ways to tone your body and eat healthy is very important. Don't let stress overcome your body. Stay in control... Look healthier, Feel healthier
