New service coming soon called "8 counts to the beat" for fitness dance. It is different from latin hip hop, zumba, aerobics, and every other fit dance. This dance is focused on cheerleader's hardcore 8 counts to the beat of any song.

When you look at cheerleaders and how they coordinate their dances, they are all together performing tight structure dances were everyone is hitting tight, hard moves. From the twists down to booty popping, they are all hitting their moves tight. This dance is different from other dances such as zumba because zumba focuses on 32 counts that is sometimes hard to figure what the next move will be. But if we break the counts down to 8 counts, everyone can fully dance out the moves while fully exercising.

Ever watch a professional or college basketball game. Their moves are tight and ongoing. Let's fully work out our moves to get in shape, no cutting corners. Dance like a professional cheerleader for toning and cardio burning workouts you want to have.
