What fitness goals are you trying to reach? In order to reach those fitness levels of goals you must first understand your human body form. Loosing weight and developing more muscles for the fine unique shapely form you want to have.

Study shows we have around 640 to 850 muscles in our body. 30 to 40 percent of a healthy person's body mass is made up of skeletal muscle.

Wondering what muscles you should train first. Of course you should do full body workouts but training your larger muscles will help you loose more fat such as your legs, upper body, abs. Build those big muscle groups.

Train multiple joint exercises than single joint exercises for more effective and faster results. Such as squats while doing overhead raises. Let's workout those muscle groups. As many as possible to burn more calories.
